BCH 6th January, 2016. Department of Education (DOE) Dharamsala has organized a Leadership Workshop at lower TCV Dharamsala for Tibetan Children from 24th December, 2015 to 3rd January, 2016. Around three hundred students from different Tibetan Schools in India and Nepal took part in the workshop....
